In We Slay Monsters, your hand of cards is your way through the dungeon. Combat is turn-based, so you can look at your options before committing to a move. The monsters will wait. How considerate of them.

Six suits, different ways to fight

Each profession has its own six-suit deck, with cards numbered 1–9. Each suit has its own attack ability. Play three or more cards of the same suit—a flush—to trigger a super attack.

The decks give each profession a different character. A rogue brings daggers, traps, and decoys. A wizard takes a rather more magical approach. Choosing your profession means choosing a different set of combinations to work with.

One dungeon at a time

Dungeon runs take about 15–25 minutes, if your hero survives. Between expeditions, academy upgrades carry forward to help the next hero.
